Let one get away!
Well Tuesday nights game vs. Burford was slow to get going. The Thunder played a solid second period to gain the lead but unfortunately they could not hold on in the third period. Burford were more aggressive getting to the puck and it proved to be a factor. In the third the coaches tried a few new line combinations in an effort to generate some much needed speed and energy but a few good chances was all they could create. Burford scored late in the third to defeat the Thunder 5-4.
Another solid effort was put by Austin in net and that earned him defensive player of the game, while a strong, three period skating performance landed Brendan offensive player of the game.

Remeber to be...FIRST ON THE PUCK!
